What is the process and handling estimated time before shipment?

The estimate time of when you place your order and your order is shipped will be 3 to 7 days. This will be dependent upon the amount of orders received and if it is peak season.

What is the refund policy?

The refund policy is that all refunds must be first pre approved by customer who are wishing to return a product must first send us a message by using the Contact Us Page and giving a description of why it is the refund is being requested. If a return of the product is required the returned shipping cost must be covered by the customer and some returns may not require return. Oil burner pipes can not be returned after use. Return and refund decisions are made only on individual bases. 

Are oil burner pipes made for illegal use?

Although our oil burner pipes are all made from quality material that can withstand high temperatures, are durable,  and made for frequent uses they are sold as novelty items only and we do not endorse nor do we promote illegal activities.
